Yackandandah will be jumping again in March 2001 as it hosts the annual Yackandandah Folk Festival on the 16, 17 & 18 March 2001. The Festival, which is only in its fourth year, hosts an impressive array of national and international folk music artists. The 2001 Festival will again include an afternoon and evening concert, as well as workshops in various aspects of folk music and dance on Saturday. Sunday will include free performances and a market including food and wine in the grounds of the historic Yackandandah Primary School. This year, Sunday will feature an additional afternoon concert at 3.30pm featuring acclaimed Irish band "Lunasa" and supported by Bhan Tre. Tickets
