This link will take you to the secure website of Trybooking, our booking agent, where you can order and pay for your tickets. You will receive an email from Trybooking confirming your booking.
You will be instructed to print your barcoded tickets, which will be scanned and exchanged for a festival wristband, at the festival office.
The festival office is in the YCEN building, High Street Yackandandah opposite the Star Hotel and park
Plese ensure you have your tickets with you, as not having your ticket will delay your entry, and a surcharge may be applied to confirm your booking.
Conditions
- Student prices apply to full-time students only.
- Concession prices apply to holders of a valid Health Care Card.
- Children are 15 years and under and must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Refunds
Refunds will be made under extenuating circumstances. These may include illness (doctors certificate) but there will be an administrative fee deducted for refunds. If you do need a refund, a good sob story is essential.

Camping
A camping site may also be booked at the Sports Park for the Friday and/or Saturday nights. The site fee includes up to two tents, up to two cars and up to two people (not including infants younger than 2 years of age). More than two can camp on a site, although an extra per head is charged.

Tree Planting Program
To continue the tree planting program from the 2011 festival we are pleased to announce that $1.00 from every ticket sale will be donated to Landcare to prepare soil, plant and maintain a range of grassess, shrubs and trees in the festival park vicinity. The tree planting is scheduled for the 29th of July, 2012. (Planet Ark Tree Day)

Ticket refund policy
We are unable to refund your purchase for any uncollected tickets. Cancellations received in writing up to seven days prior to the festival will receive a refund less an administration fee of $10. Refunds requested after that date will only be made in exceptional circumstances.
